Opposition comes in many shapes and sizes when one is aiming towards a targeted goal. Although God has given us custom made desires and goals, achieving them will not always be easy. Opposition can take the form of a family member or friend who intentionally or unintentionally hinders one’s progress. Or opposition could be clearly identified as an enemy who makes no attempt to mask their motives to interrupt one’s advancement in achievement. There is a purpose in the opposition you face when aiming to achieve your God-centered goals. What if God is allowing opposition to occur to strengthen you and get you closer to your desires?
Although opposition will appear it is reassuring to know that the plans that God has for you will not be thwarted. Delays, layovers, breaks, interruptions and disturbances will happen but if you love God he is working everything out for your good.
PLEASE PRAY WITH ME: God, Lord, thank you for encouraging me. I receive your promises that you are working all things for my good because I love you and I’m called according to your purpose. You are even working the opposition I face for my good as I aim for each God-centered goal. I trust you as I walk in my destiny and purpose. In Jesus name, AMEN.
