When you are in Christ, you are emancipated from the law and bondage of sin. When you are in Christ, sin cannot choke your heart. When you are in Him, fear has no place in the walls of your heart. Shame has no place in your life, when you are in Christ.
When you are in Christ, He has liberated you from the guilt and the stain of the past. Choose to let the past go and surrender to Him. When Christ rules your heart, the enemy can no longer hold your future hostage. Give Christ your life and let Him lead, guide, and order your steps. There’s liberty in Christ. Your future is in Him. Surrender to Christ and be set free.
Fear will try to entangle your future. When you are in Christ, fear has no hold on you. When you are in Christ, fear must bow to the Name of Jesus. When you are in Christ, fear has no authority to rule over you. When you are in Christ, fear is trespassing on the ground of your heart. As a child of God, you are made new. When you’re in Christ, you have the authority to command fear and every demonic force to go. When you are in Christ, fear must flee. When you are in Christ, He becomes your Lord.
Who is your lord? When Christ is your Lord, He liberates you from the spirit of fear. Fear will try to paralyze your future and imprison your destiny. Christ came to set you free. Luke 4:18 KJV declares, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.” Christ came to set the captives free.
You do not have to be held captive by the stronghold of fear. Christ is stronger than any stronghold that you face. Nahum 1:7 states, “The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.” Choose to trust in God. Let Christ break every generational stronghold that’s trying to hold you captive.
