Dear Jesus, we come before you today to pray for the well-being of our world. We ask that You bless and protect all people, regardless of race, nationality, or religion. We pray for those suffering from illness, poverty, hunger, and injustice. We ask that you give them the strength and courage they need to overcome difficulties.
We also pray that your wisdom and compassion may guide our leaders. Help them to make decisions that promote peace, justice, and equality. We ask that you give them the courage to stand up for what is right, even in the face of opposition.
Finally, we pray for ourselves. Help us to be kind and compassionate to others, to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to work towards the betterment of our communities. May we always seek to do your will and to bring your light into the world.
We pray all of these things in your holy name. AMEN.
